SAFE. SUPPORTIVE. AFFIRMING
Many neurodivergent teenagers struggle to find social environments that truly embrace their unique communication styles and interests. The Hornsby Connect Zone is here to change that!
We provide a weekly social group designed specifically for neurodivergent young people (ages 12–18) who experience social isolation or difficulty connecting in mainstream settings. Led by experienced facilitators, our sessions offer a welcoming space for making friends, exploring interests, and building confidence—without pressure or judgment.
