Welcome to Hornsby Connect.

Hornsby Connect provides low cost and free groceries to those in the community who need a hand up.

Please only register for our service if you feel you meet this criterion.

We would please ask that only 1 member per household registers so that we are able to assist more families.

When you have completed the online registration form you will be contacted by one of our team and allocated a registration number and a colour.

The colour will determine what time you are to visit the centre and this can be found on our website or Facebook page.

When you visit the centre for the first time you will need to know your registration number, and also please bring a photo ID with proof of address. Going forward, you will be issued with a membership card which you will need to bring with you on future visits.

Our volunteers will be available to answer any questions you may have.
